At the moment there are 8 sell orders at 1.66 ref, and a lot at 1.88 or higher.

The 8 at 1.66 don't seem to be selling that fast, so I think the price should become 1.66 ref.

There was proof in the comments. -.- I've seen proofless suggestions in the past getting accepted when someone provided extra proof.
