Ok my first suggestion in a long time. The last update was 2+ Years ago.
Currently there are two on outpost.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27885359 ~ Unsold at 135 Keys been up for at least two weeks, tho he was selling his when I bought mine.
I bought mine for 200USD + 10 keys on February 5th.
Keys were going for 1.85 USD at that time so converted I paid 118 Keys for the hat.
The seller wanted 130 initially but took a little less for two reasons. First of all because we had done business in the past as I have bought 2-3 hats from him already. Secondly because I was paying the majority of the sale price in USD so he gave a small discount for that.
I would also Like to state for the record, that mine will never be sold as its my favorite effect and I love it.

"The last update was 2+ Years ago" -> it wasn't more than two years ago, the last suggestion is from September 2014 (1.5years ago or so)
Semantics. Its been a while. it does say 2 years ago, until you mouse over it and get the specific date.
The seller at 115 closed up, so I guess techincally this could have been 118 flat. But no sweat, that should definitely be close enough here. Congratz on your purchase!
