105 is way too high if there's two sales at 62. 62 Keys should be fine.

The sale was for 105 keys , and its lower that nonsense

Worth noting a few things to support 105 being an outlier:

- Was unsold at 70 for a few weeks (check comments here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/56d74fabba8d88b670b323a7 )

- The guy that paid the SC Skullcracker + keys first listed the Rancho for 70 keys here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27672534 , so yeah, he didn't value it at 100 keys.

- The SC Skullcracker suggestion is based on just 1 sale, and looks like it is really overpriced. There is no way it's worth 40 more keys than Midnight Whirlwind or Skill Gotten Gains. ( http://backpack.tf/unusuals/Taunt:%20Skullcracker )
