You can't raise the low end off sellers. You need buyers.

Yes he can, he has a sale for a higher price than the low end, you can't just make this 130 keys flat when there is someone selling for less for 2 weeks. Hence why he put it as a range saying that he sold it for 130 yet 120 hasn't sold in 2 weeks so deserves to be in the range.

The past sales at 100 are still valid.

Which sales? This isn't an unusual sales from 2 months ago aren't really that valid?

What Jordan said. I'll also add the dude selling at 120 has its cats on steam community market, that's probably why he offered the buyout to me and not him.
