Suggestion: Strange Sapper at 1.4–1.6 keys

Just wanted to do a minor change, changing the low value by 2 Ref. However I don't think this would pass as the person who is selling them for 1.4 (Bunny) has changed the value of this product too via bp.tf pricing.

2nd link is my Outpost Trade. I am a restocker and have sold atleast 2 or 3 in past week for 1 Key 8 Ref each. I will post screenshots later.

I have sold 2 more for 1 Key 10 Ref around 10 days back.

I think 1,4 keys flat would be better.

I put an unflat price suggestion because even with the current 1.5-1,6 range it still varies by who is selling it, and I just wanted to make this suggestion because more are selling for 1.4 xD but there will probably be some still for 1.5-1.6, sorry for english.
