Was bought as a set so just estimating: viewfinder was 100 - 130 then so ~115 + modest which was 55 - 63 then so ~59 + the antlers

115 + 59 = 174 and his B/O for the set was at 370

370 - 174 = 196 (approximation)

From the history it seems to be unusual overpay in:

eerie company man (48 - 60 keys then so ~54)

cloudy company man with glitched pro kit (310 keys then)

non-priced darkblaze pampered pyro (unpriced but is currently trying to be sold by the guy who traded the antlers for it for 90 pure http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27713483 so It's most likely worth at least >60)

54 + 310 + ~90 = 454 (for the set)

454 - ~115 - ~59 = 280

Gonna take off 100 from that as the trade was obviously in unusual overpay so that would equal approx. 180

Any advice or constructive criticism is appreciated.

All that sale 2 stuff is useless to you, just note the sale is complex and move on, you'll just confuse people with all that and it doesn't benefit you.

So ~225 in unusual overpay, would you suggest a different range then?
