Just saying that most people who sell their csgo items for tf2 unusuals ask for extreme overpay like in the 50% range, I know I am the one who bought the hat but if you look at any csgo to tf2 trades you can see where I am coming from.
But the suggested price is supposed to (or was originally intended to, at least) show how much this hat can sell for in pure tf2 keys. If this sells for 96 in cs items, it is reasonable that this would sell for ~105 in tf2 keys

You can round down the 127 sale to 125 and do a range of 105-125 :D
