Especially since its best to have two sales to set a new price for an unusual, its probably best to wait for the 23 seller to sell here, or to wait until you resell the fetti slick.

Buyouts can't be used to price. With that logic I could ask for 2000 on my VVF and it would be worth that.

The smoking valley forge has been updated to 19 keys a few days ago. Your sale will be 16 keys at that value (19-3). You can resuggest at 16 keys.

Dont they take the price of the item at that time and not current time?

the old valley forge price was 2 years old, the recent price is a far better display of its current selling potential, or its selling potential around the time of the sale
