not sure here. That PE KE suggestion is likely too high, making 1100 too high for a high end too
Imo that B/O shouldn't really mean anything since it was only up for a short amount of time, and the sale isn't being used to price it because it's a bulk sale. I also don't see what's wrong with the PE KE (apart from the fact that it's above GE c:).
BO has been open since january, thats not a short time :P
As for the PE suggestion, imo the high end is an outlier there
I didn't realise the B/O had been open for so long (I'm assuming there were multiple trades, if not I'm just blind ;p). A range of 225 with no B/Os in between that range doesn't seem too absurd.
