I have 5 that I bought for 8-9 each, but pretty sure they're all invalid by now. Doesn't look like the price is that far off.
I stopped selling at 6.88 ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27939099 ). Sellers started asking for more. Also sellers in the classifieds are at 8 or higher currently
