Why not 1.33 refined flat?

If there's unsolds at 1.55 refined and sellers at 1.33 refined, make it 1.33 refined flat

No point leaving 1.55 refined in the range unless there's a sale at that price

The 1.33 sellers on outpost aren't as significant as the 1.55 ones, and also considering the even distribution in the classifieds, I considered a range.

Also, my first 1.33 seller closed.
