There is corrently 2 sellers at classfieds for 9 ref, and one for 8 ref

edit : And 2 buyers at 8 ref and 2 at 8.66 in classfieds.

    If there's a seller at 8, set the price to 8~9, not 9 flat.

      The seller is very young, and there are multiple buyers at 8 ref and higher.
