The milkman seems to have been purchased with the ~85 in hats(peace beak + scorching coupe).

Coupe needs no mini, way too insignificant.

I don't think you should use that sale for coldsnap as a mini. There is also another sale being used to raise the coldsnap, why not use that. "Way too high" doesn't matter. This one sale with beams mining should be an outliner instead. The current seller, Melkor, has a b/o of 250 keys as well http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Coldsnap%20Cap/Tradable/Craftable/90 So the sale you're using, shouldn't be used to support the suggestion in my opinion.

Well, a few things here, most of them insignificant

- Idk why you rounded 520 to 525 in sale 1

- believe I said so before, but 200 is far far too high for that knife. That 2nd sale is closer to its actual value probably. However, with a difficult-to-appraise item such as that knife involved, I dont think resuggesting for that is the best idea here

- milkman recently got a more solid mini around 100, which does not really matter since you rounded that up.

All in all this should be close enough
