just bought this for 95 keys pure and since it's a 1 of 2 i thought why not give it a price?

hmm i guess history might not be as noteworthy but i decided to add it either way. anyways it's worth to note early aswell that if a debate whenever or not i would be selling this item would come up you can check any of the other item i been suggesting prices for 2 of 3 accepted but i still have all 3 of those items as i am abit of a collector so i do belive all conditions are met for this to be valid and priced.

Pretty sure you need two sales to price unusuals, unless they're high tier and haven't been sold in 3 months.

it's a one of 2 pretty good valued i hope it's sufficient for a 1 of 2 hat. and since theres no other recorded sales this is the first i would asume no? the first and only sale of a 1 of 2 item.

as for the last sale of it it seems to be back in november 2015 meaning further then 3 months ago.

acording to it's history. presumingly it were added as part of an unusual item offer on another unusual way back then but this is a pure purchase and no sale in atleast 3 months i think it should be okey atleast.

"Two sales are required to establish a range on unpriced hats. If the two sales are discrepant, a third sale is required to determine the outlier. .

Exception 1: High Tier Hats

Sales for high tier hats (>200 keys) can be based on a single sale if there are no other sales in the last 3 months. Estimations can be made for unpriced / outdated parts of that trade as long as reasonable estimations are provided.

Exception 2: Rare Hats

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:

- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months

- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."

It's currently not on the market, and by the looks of it, the suggester plans on keeping it, so this is fine.

Kinda odd how you don't know this information yet considering you have over 80 unusual suggestions accepted :P

I was looking for that part in the rules but couldn't find it :p

as i said i am pretty sure all conditions are met and thats why i said earlier the part withe me clearly being a collector. as can be seen by for example other price suggestions i have done. in case an agument like this should happen anyways happy it's setteled.
