Sellers => to lower price
Buyers=> to raise price
Sales => raise and lower
you need:
- buyers/sales at 1 ref or more
- no seller for current price

You do realize that the 1 ref seller he provided (Since no one but him provided it, I dare you to vote on this) has now sold, right? http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27917710 Therefore, he now has valid basis for a raise. So, at least for now, it's not invalid.

This suggestion technically isn't proofless, the proof just wasn't quite right for a raise. In some cases, however, if a suggester does make a price suggestion that doesn't have evidence but perfectly describes an item's value, then the mods would have to accept it.

Proofless suggestions that get accepted because they just happen to describe the price of an item perfectly rarely, if ever, happen. Those are just special cases - you don't have to complain and act like a baby just because links weren't provided.
The fact that you'd rather address a comparison of your attitude to this suggestion rather than the suggestion itself.
