Somebody said I needed proof. Fine, I'll take those two extra seconds. Also, most of the proof is down below.
Image Proof

First of all: Three-year-old price.
Second of all: 2 ref is an old quicksell price. This is a craft hat, should be around 1.66 ref.
Third of all: Classifieds pointing more toward a 1.66 price range. See above image.
There, you happy now?
Need unsolds at 2 refined from Outpost and there are buyers at 1.66 refined
Shows that it is too low
Still a downvote
needs unsolds to show that its hard to sell at 2 ref
There's literally no one on classifieds selling at 1.66 ref.
And like Clarity said, buyers at 1.66 ref counters your price.
I suppose my main point here is that it's a craft hat. And it needs a price update. Badly, it's three years old. Well, we'll see how this plays out.
Some craft hats are priced at 1 key. Just because it's a craft hat doesn't mean it has to lowered
-says it's a craft hat, doesn't suggest at craft hat price/value
"There, you happy now?" -> no
I'm just having a quiet giggle at my mental image of a lawyer throwing his arms up and going, "Ugh, you wanted proof my client is innocent? Fine, I guess."
Anyway, your proof is invalid as you show no unsolds for 2 ref. Buyers cannot be used to lower a price.
4 buyers at 1.66 ref in classifieds counter your suggested price.
You have no proof for 1.66
a full page of sellers for 1.66 on classifieds now so this seems fine
