Same thing as with the ywn: Since the veil needs a slight fix, this would be needing a fix too. However, that exact sniper is being resold for 13 (making it 76+13+11 = 100), so the 97 sale is actually ~100. this'd make for a rounded range of 75-100 here which is essentially the same as the suggested range, so this is okay as well
