Huh, don't you need a mini on any unusual that can be unboxed as both as unusual and strange unusual? Usually, Strange Unusuals are valued more than their Unusual counterparts. Though I doubt it would be needed here considering that this is such a low tier hat, it would be nice to get some clarification :P Oh, and it's duped as well but unusuals <30 keys don't require minis.
