Hey guys, this price needs an update - price altered to 15-19, new suggestion.

Basically, in need of a suggestion, and I find the buy/sell prices to be good around 15-19 based on evidence provided here/
If you bought it for PayPal, I would divide it by 1.8, since $1.8 is the cheapest rate for keys if you're buying for PayPal - making this 19 flat.
I understand that, doesnt change the price at all, but wouldnt using bp.tf key prices be better?
" doesnt change the price at all" -> yes it does :P 33.33/1.8 = 18.52 -> rounds up to 19 so there'd be no sale at 15 thus no proof of your low end

how does an 11key quicksell justify a 15key low end? 11=/=15 . also if it's a quicksell you can't really use that to drop the price
in order to compensate for the quicksell. although, I still don't understand your reasoning, if we are on a website that prices keys at 2.16$, and im creating a suggestion, its logical to use the prices listed here.
the website doesn't really price keys at 2.16, that's just a price derived from the metal price and a key's metal value. I already pointed out the paypal valuation of keys issue in your original suggestion (5cent difference from jack but meh)
"in order to compensate for the quicksell" -> you don't get to arbitrarily add 4keys to a trade's value because it sold fast. that's not how anything works, anywhere
you have made valid points,and I am understanding that. but quicksells do need to be compensated for.
11keys for this hat does say something about the value, does it not?
if I sold this hat in an hour for 8keys or less, does that say something about the value? no, it does not, plenty of people would buy it for 8 or less 'cause they know they could turn an easy profit. we would ignore that 8key or less quicksell, just like we're gonna ignore the 11key quicksell
As indicated, you'll need to use the paypal value of keys which is ~1.8-1.85. Your purchase was for ~18-19 keys. You can use either number and go with 19 flat or 18-19 here. 15 will be low and not reflective of the sale value.
