You don't have to consider the overpay but you can consider that there is only 1 seller and his price is 30 Keys! Also, Runner's price is 7 months old! For the reasons above, i believe the price range of the Fortunate Son should be between 30-35 Keys.

the smoking front runner will need a formal mini here. A seller at 30 (above bp price) is not solid enough to put it at 30.
