Literally scroll through tf2outpost-Merc's Muffler to find lots of painted hats, Halloween spells(price higher in cosmetic) and the few base on tf2 price, you can make the change now! :3

If I find more price, I'll keep posting if I have the time.

As explained, we don't use trades that say "backpack.tf price minus X" as proof in suggestions, as the same trade could then be used to keep dropping the price endlessly. This is also less than 5% change.
