previous owner's history didn't show any additions when it was sold.

No other sales in around half a year or more. Going to just use this to support the rest of the sales.

1 sale for 14 keys, 2 fairly fast sales for 13, 1 quicksale for 11 keys. Experienced sellers have sold it for a 15 key Prospector and bought it with a 12 key C9 Steel Toe.

14 Keys flat seems perfect here.

Why not 13 flat? Or 12-14?

Well, it sold for 14 Keys, so I didn't want to go with 13 flat, but then it also quicksold in less than a day for 11 Keys, so I feel like 12 would be too low. I considered 13-14, but I wasn't sure if a one key range was really called for.

I'm not sure, I was concerned with the price on this one.

If a Pricing Mod (or anyone else, really) sees this, let me know if you think a different price / range would be better.

I'm assuming because my comment is getting downvoted that people disagree? Please don't just downvote my comment. If you disagree with my conclusion, post your opinion and contribute. It would help more.

in a situation such as these, theres not really a factual right or wrong (i.e various different ranges can suffice.) I would probably have gone with a range of 13-14 here, but 14 flat, or 13-15 would be okay as well in my eyes.

Yeah, that was my issue, there were multiple possible prices from the recent sales, determining the best one would be based mostly on one's opinion.

My thinking was that 14 was consistently near to the point of sale, mostly within a 1 key distance, and with the 11 key sale taking less than 24 hours, a solid 14 seemed reasonable. I can resuggest at 13-14 if necessary, that was the other price I had considered anyway, but I guess better judgement is something I'll learn.

I appreciate your advice though! I was kind of hoping you'd comment, your well-worded explanations are the kind of thing I could use now, being an amateur suggestor. :)

I personally think a resuggestion wont be needed. ill leave this open for another day to see if any other mod strongly disagrees with me here :P
