Gonna use 31 - 39 here.

With the duped mini for the KE being higher than it's actual price, I would call it an outlier. Maybe look at other minis to make a range (or to determine whether or not it's an outlier)?

If you can't find a duped mini, you can either go with a conservative drop by using the clean price or you should just not use it at all. I would go with 35-40

This can be redone at 35-40, and unless other sales have happened on that burn handle since, you can make that 35-40 as well
