I was advised to avoid "backpack.tf" price since it changes when a suggestion gets accepted and therefor it should not be used
the dude is selling it for .55 ref, not 1.66
if you look at every other object in the trade, he uses all ref, rec, and scrap, he said rec and meant rec
listing at 1.66 rec would easily make other people think he's selling for 1.66 ref at a quick glance so shouldn't really be considered as valid
