Made 11 a safe outlier due to how the inconsistent the B/O is, and how every other sale seems to be much higher. 13-17 Keys should be fine.

I find a lot of items at the other side in the mongol sale, but time sorting says obtained separately. Either way, shouldnt matter since its mid-range anyway, and that 17 pure sale is pretty solid. Damn :P
