The only thing missing from this person's profile is the actual scammer mark, but he's banned everywhere for scamming. I've discussed this with other mods, and we've decided that trades with this person are not considered valid for backpack.tf pricing.

Unfortunately, that makes the suggestion as it is invalid. This is not priceable yet at the moment.
