105 seems low tbh.

I'd do 120 - 140

Well, one of the 122 sales (the front runner) can't be used because that priced the front runner, so that's 106 122 138 140, and 122 is equidistant from 106 and 138.

That is, unless there's counterproof to disprove 106

The front runner has another sale at 122, as does this :P

Since the most common sale value here is ~120, I dont mind this getting a range with an average at ~120, especially not since, as you pointed out, both the high and the low end sales are approximately equally far off the middle sales
