Two sales, 104-109 Keys should be fine.

Sale #2 was quicksale
https://www.reddit.com/r/tf2trade/comments/49fcij/h_quicksell_phantasm_jr_modest_hat_w_tf2_key/
sold in less than 24 hours from when I bought it, I was qsing for 95 I believe, somewhere around there
Quicksells, in terms of suggesting, only count as an item selling for pure quickly, not items.
^This, not to mention that the 104 sale took a whooping two weeks to sell: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27879538#latest
just wanna clear up that something can most definitely be considered a quicksale for suggesting purposes if it sold for items. Whether or not something constitutes as qs depends on more than just the time it sold in. If someone takes the first offer he receives, that may indicate that what he took may be lower than what others can/want to sell this for, but seeing how theres another QS at a lower value, and seeing how the value of that sale is not too far off the other sale, the 104 sale can be used here.
Additionally, the misty reggae sale (used in the reggae suggestion) would support this value, as the other sale there is really close to this one.
