This doesn't seem right at all, you show no actual sales, just people trying to sell. Only two buyers for .33 and .11 above the current price. Also you ignore the MANY other people selling the Patriot Peak for between 4-5 ref. I have no idea how 8 ref was even accepted, as people are selling this for less.

I just don't see where you're getting 12 ref from at all, there's not a shred of proof for 12 ref

Two of the ones I linked have been bumped in the past 24 hours. Another of the links sold at 5 recently. Also, one buyer at 8.33 doesn't prove 12, you're literally just making up a number to price this at.

You're supposed to argue by showing sales AT 12 REF. What you have shown is nothing at all of the sort. Also, you're trying to raise the price by 7 ref in just about 24 hours, with barely enough proof for the first price raise. Until you show proof of this selling for anywhere NEAR 12 ref, I'm downvoting.

You provided a seller with no sale. If I tried to sell a Gonzilla for a key, would the price be worth a key? No. Someone trying to sell something is different than something actually selling for a price.

We don't know what he actually sold it for, since he sold it to the guy who's buying them for 8.33. You have no actual proof, just one "kinda maybe" which shows absolutely nothing.

I don't support the suggestion of patriot peak to be 12 ref yet, but I have to comment on your links. For your second link I bought the hat from him when it was 5 ref. Also for the last link I bought it from him for 8 ref because all other links you have provided, the traders don't have the patriot peak and it has been like this before it rose to 8 ref. I think your only valid link is 4.55 ref but it's worth pointing out that he has escrow so that could be why too. So your argument isn't great but I still don't support this suggestion, not sure why it should be 12 ref yet.
