Suggestion: Mann Co. Supply Crate Key at 17.88–18 ref

In conclusion keys for 17.77 ref and 17.88 ref are very common, they aren't hard to find anymore. I have decided to keep 18 ref in the range since there are a few buyers for 18 ref (as seen in classifieds), and still quite some sellers for 18 ref. I made 17.88 ref the low end instead of 17.77 because 17.88 is way more common. I think I may have missed some 17.88 ref sales, but hopefully this will suffice.

17.66 ref and below are outliers as well as 18.11 ref and above. There aren't many though, but just to add in for evidence, why buy it for 18.11 ref when you can get it much cheaper anyways?

6 sellers at 17.88 ref and 5 sellers at 17.77 ref, seems like 17.77 ref sellers are increasing, but I will stick with 17.88 ref with low end since that is still more common. Also many of them are selling these in bulks, so that may be worth noting too!

Few buyers at 18 ref and 1 buyer at 18.11 but buying in bulk

I've been watching that one, they haven't been online for over a day, and only have enough metal in their backpack to buy one key by now. The listing also doesn't appear to have been bumped in three days, checking their profile.

TBH i think 18 ref is a steady and stable price for the keys

Well the 18 ref is still going to be in the suggested range, but I have suggested for the low end to be 17.88 ref because there are numerous sellers at 17.88 ref. So some traders, like me, would just buy the keys for 17.88 ref instead of 18 ref. There are probably more 17.88 ref sellers than 18 ref but I may be wrong on that one, so don't quote me on that. There aren't many buyers for 18 ref anyways, just a few, so it won't be that easy to sell for 18 ref especially when you can get it for 17.88 ref.

EDIT: No buyers above 17.77 ref in classifieds now.

U might be lucky and find servers that people might buy keys for 18 ref

That still doesn't change the fact that you can still buy from those who are willing to sell their keys for 17.88 ref.

The rest are selling @ or below 17.77

he is right. IF OP can proof that buyers buy below 17.88 and ppl sell below 18 , this is good. If in 1 or 2 days, everything raise this is invlaid.

I don't understand, the suggestion isn't valid because of buyers at 17.88 ref? Aren't successful trades supposed to be proof for suggestion? My evidence probably doesn't show the trades, but there is more than likely successful trades from traders in my proof because there are sellers and buyers at 17.88 ref. If both sides have same price they are willing to buy/sell then there will be successful trades. Feel free to counter my suggestion, but I just don't understand your comment.

I don't see an successful trades (that is, if you mean sales). And yes, generally when you lower a price, and there are buyers at that price, then the suggestion is invalid. Forget what I said about buyers at 17.88 though haha, there's only one..

Yes I'm aware of that, the amount of sellers at 17.77 ref increased after I made this suggestion. I'm considering re-suggesting with 17.77 ref instead of 17.88 ref, but I will give it time first.
