Taking a range of the pure sales 25-35
The sales for the range are pure sales and so have priority over sales from unusuals etc.
This is an update on the price as more sales have taken place since the previous suggestion
Pure sales are given priority over unusuals, therefore the fact that it sold for pure at higher values than the unusuals shows that the lower, unusual sales are outliers in this scenario
Looks like there are buyers at 24. Never mind then :)
