http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198140468405/#!/compare/1459296000/1459382400
unclear, if it did sell for the pure, probably too low anyway..

sale 4
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198140468405/#!/compare/1458864000/1458950400 - QS
-----
The fact that there are unsolds lower than 17 ( http://puu.sh/ocnBH/0a3a2e86fd.png ) lead me to believe that 17 is an outlier.
Going with 12 flat.
Counter/Supporting proof is appreciated!
sale 2 looks like a QS considering he only had it 3 days and since sale 1 was higher for a duped it doesn't make sense to be dropping the hat. Length of time listed on classies from your screenshot doesn't necessarily mean it was listed at that price the whole time tho. seems kinda pointless to drop the hat with 3 young listings open atm.
3 sellers for 14 keys though.
listings aren't young, 2 at 5 days, 1 at 18 days
^^
14 keys @ 20 days - http://puu.sh/otSEu/d870700336.png
Unsold for 6 days @ 13 - http://puu.sh/oCtYA/5bd5f349d7.png
with a couple different sellers for 14 and 13, at this point 12 seems fine.
