Its a bit tricky because the b/o changed between 75 to 110. After he was offered 75 by me and someone else shortly after he made the trade (notes here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27873953) he upped his b/o to 110, then brought it down to 100, then 90, which is when I bought it: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27848879

Sale from previous suggestion is still valid, but as I said, the seller declined 75 pure twice, I would personally insta-buy this for 65. But if I should resuggest at 65-90, let me know.
