I am weird of hearing that: "You can only drop an item value with sells. You cant only use sellers."

This suggestion is dropping the value.
It is dropping the value more then 15% (140 :172,5 ~ 0.81. so dropping about 19 %)
The unusual is offered for a longer time. The player owns it for about 1 month. He should be selling it for more then 3 weeks now, hard to proof, since is always creates a new "Trade" on outpost.tf. Maybe somebody can help?
Sum up:
A Scorching Flames Sole Mate is being sold 140 keys and for a longer time and still unsold also it is clean and even strange.
Obviously the price needs to be dropped. And it might be that the seller now raises the price, but still he was willing to sell (without success so far) that unusual for 140 keys for some weeks. This counts.

Is very young
As I said the seller bumps the trade and creates new "Trades" on oupost. I have looked for the price during the last weeks. It isnt very young at all.

According to the suggestion guide the maximum waiting time is 28 days.
