That's a pretty huge range. I'm not an experienced suggester, but you might want to try to determine one of them as an outlier or try to dig up some other sales.

If you use the energy effects as comparison, they're both at least 80 keys.

You need to re-check your sale 1 since the mini you provided is inaccurate.

Selling 1:1 for a Beams Private Eye did not equate to 80 keys. It too is heavily outdated but its outdated price is only ~67 keys.

You will need to find a more accurate mini on the Lucky Shot and resuggest. I did a quick check and saw it sell for a Duped Moon Honcho recently which might have a better mini somewhere to remove this rather large range.
