went quick for 30, calling that+below an outlier

This will very certainly be too high (sales are 23, 30 and 50, 50 flat is def. too high). Seeing previous suggestions, multiple buyouts have been lower, and theres another sale for a bubbling slick + 14 pure (which is likely around 30 too).

If anything, 50 is an outlier :P
