Going with 17-18
Not that it could be too relevant, but I do have a sale from 2 months ago; traded a duped version + ~5 keys of sweets (some items had good spells) for a Logo Marauder. Was a weird trade but I might as well mention it.

The attendant also had a Gangreen spell, so that makes things even more complicated.
I really don't expect this to be of much use, but hey, it's the thought that counts? :D

Shouldn't matter that it is duped, or that it has a spell.
The items added are also closer to 2 keys worth, so that would bring your sale to 25 keys, which would be an outlier compared to the sales in the suggestion.

Eh, that's true. I don't know if its worth resuggesting over 0.5 keys though.
I think it is worth resuggesting for a hat this cheap
18 is so close to the quicksell it may be worth adding in the duped sale mentioned above in comments as the high end, if there's a mini for that
