No. You don't make a range with a single sale in situations like this. The suggester rounded from 43.5 to 44 because we don't usually use decimals in unusual prices.

However, the trade had a buyout of 40 at which this sale should normally cap at, but it looks like 5 keys were added to the Western, so the sale would be 39 (43.5 - 5 = 38.5, rounds to 39)

The buyout was 40 keys.
