Where does 17 even come from..
I was thinking about the 5 sellers at the time, and it's 0.95 keys, or exactly between the old 0.9-1 key range.
You can't really price an item off sellers unless its dropping
I suppose it is an increase of price (by 0.01 ref) and not a decrease. Noted, enjoy the free rep.
