By the way this was my first and last actual offer.

With the sale at 325 and the sale at 650, I would be inclined to say that another sale will be needed before this can be updated. I dont see either of the two flat values as better than current, and a range 325-650 is probably too wide here.

However, the average of that range is still fairly close to current, so in my eyes current is still fine,
