I'm pretty sure this has been going around for less, closer to 200. This sale happened before the peak hype began, no? Doesnt make sense to update it based on the post-hype price, which is evident from the fact that the seller wants only 300.

When did the hype begin?

It was updated on 3rd or 4th April, so i guess then.

I guess I'll leave this open and watch if it sells again.

I would really rather not use this sale to price this. As the current one on the market has listed in its comment section, the peak was not an allclass yet when the trade was made. The trader involved was unaware of the hat's (upcoming) multiclass update, so regardless of whether or not the hat had the hype going already, the person that paid the peak was unaware.
