making the Tavish roughly 29 keys pure.

a sale valuing the tavish at 29keys isn't supportive at all :P

it does support a raise

If it's value is higher on a sale that doesn't mainly revolve around it, then doesn't that support a raise? :P

Sales of this nature typically give lower than realistic values, since its hard to tell what each individual hat was valued at, along with the fact that there's usually discounts for buying more than 1 hat at the same time. In that essence, it definitely supports the raise.

Im okay with this being priced at the most recent full pure sale; 38 flat should be fine here
