If people are willing to pay more than its current price and scm supports thats enough.

I don't why people say scm supports. 90% of the time people pay more then bp.tf price because of the tax on steam market. There is little to no change in the price. It is mostly steady. For this case it doesn't really suggestion in a raise coming from just the steam market.
