Not really something I was looking at, but whatever. Two recent sales pitting this hat close to 90.

I was confused at first because in your first sale, that DaD sensei is lower than 90. however, an aussie wrench was added to it which does make it cap.

As for the tower, its probably worth confirming the sketchy sale with the buyer or the seller, if thats not usable, at 76 for the tower, this could just get a range of 76-90

Sale 3 is as you stated an outlier. I was the one who purchased the misty skull tower from the unboxer, for about 30 or 35 keys to my knowledge. He was an inexperienced user, so here I can verify sale 3 does not matter whatsoever.
