Classifieds has ~20 listings of 1.66 refined.

13 of which are from trade bots and all are bumped.

there should be a close button or a big red X or something like that up top near the voting buttons

An abundance of 1.66 ref sellers and no sales at 2 ref would show that 2 ref should be excluded from the range.

Also, you'll need screenshots of the classifieds to use them as proof.

Classifieds are on this website, do you still have to make screenshots of them while you can see them yourself?

And about the 2 ref, on outpost a lot are still trying to sell at 2 ref, so wasn't sure if had to drop to 1.66 instantly..

well give screen shots of the outpost trades
