Neutral for now. 18 hour old seller for 4.33 in the classifieds.

buyer seems iffy, its unbumped and the first seller on classies for 4.66 hasn't sold in 5 months - https://gyazo.com/e71d76816043f3370f72a8875f46c34d

He has almost the first classifieds page full with his 5 month unsolds at 4.66. I don't think 4.66 is the most common point of sales at all

4 weeks later and that seller is finally down to just 1 remaining at 4.66. Haven't seen any for sale at 4.33 the multiple times I've checked. Considering it's taken 6 months for him to sell all his at 4.66, excluding the final one remaining, I think that 5 ref is an outlier.

Going with this one, since it appears 4.66 is the most common trading point
