I'd be leaning to make 28 an outlier(even though it should be 30) due to all the sales and B/Os at less.

I'd resuggest at 20-26.

Well especially since maxes are pretty close to pure I have nothing against including 28 here

The range seems a bit too big here, and 28 is definitely worth considering an outlier. I agree with Mindacos, and a resuggestion for a bit smaller range seems practical.
