Last suggestion broke rules! There wasn't any concluded trade with that price. You can't just change price for a quickselling, you always told me. When someone will complete a trade we can change price, but before that it's a regulation break.

I believe suggestions don't work that way.
When an item at this value doesn't sell for a month, it is not considered a "quicksell". If your item couldn't sell for 75 keys, how do you expect its price to still be 100 keys?
This isn't where you ask about suggestions. Go to the forums for that.
Anyway, just while we're here let's clear things up; just because you say you're quickselling doesn't mean you're quickselling. The listing was a month old, where is nowhere near a quicksale, and was perfectly valid.
I'll give you some time to close this.
Sellers can lower the price, especially if their "quicksell" hasn't sold for over a month.
This suggestion on the other hand is breaking the rules.
