      Don't you need premium to bump the trade? Also why would he need to bump the trade if there is only one other trade but with lower buy order?

        No you do not need premium to bump a Trade

        Premium just simply auto bumps the trade so you do not have to do it manually :D

        The problem is that a buy/sell order expires after 7 days
