Cannonball is a little outdated. May be close enough to 30 with a mini on the cannon

For a hat with that many copies, you'd expect there to be a bit more to work with than what I found. Lots of bulk sales and untraceable stuff. I found one good one:

However, I think that sale is clearly on the high end. I'm going to take this down and watch either for additional usable sales for the Cannonball to bolster the mini, or for the LED to sell again, whichever comes first.
